Is it normal for my MacBook to get hot when watching videos? I find when I am just browsing the net and msn etc it does not get hot but as soon as it start watching videos it does.

And also the is the "right" temp it should be at?

Thats not hot to be honest...

I've had 85+ temperatures. It can get quite warm sometimes, maybe even "hot, but its not something to worry about. The fans will equalize it to a stable amount of heat and if needed, the Mac will shut itself down.

Hey don't worry buddy that is normal my macbook pro reaches 90 degrees Celsius sometimes. The macbook has thermal protection, so you can't really overheat it even if you tried.

I doubt RealPlayer is a very optimised piece of software. Sounds like it works the machine quite hard.
