i was not to sure where to put this, so if this is the wrong place please move it.

I got my new CPU today in the mail, i am upgrading from a 400 to a 1.2, but in the install guide it says i need to update my firmware if it is not 4.28f1, well mine is not that, and it tells you how to do it, BUT i do not have OS9 or "Classic" anywhere on my G4. i tried to install it from the boot discs that came with my iBook but it said that it is not supported.

So can anyone tell me how i can update the firmware from within OS X? or tell me where or how i can get OS 9 please.

i really wanna get this new cpu in here and see how this thing blazes... thanks in advance.

Everything I looked into said that you needed 9.1 or higher to do the update
