- iMac 1GHz G4, 256MB RAM, OS 10.3.9
Hi,
I'm not an expert so you may have to bear with me here! I have an iMac G4 with OS X 10.5 and 768mb RAM. I have got a USB Dongle from Orange which gives me internet connection over 3G, and it comes with pre-installed software called "Business Everywhere". It caused my system to slow down quite a lot, so I bought some extra RAM and upgraded to a new OS. It seems to be a bit better, except for sometimes causing my mac to freeze or I have to force it to shut down by pressing the power button.
My problem is that I can't seem to upload even a very small attachment to email, I have tried various browsers and use Gmail. I really don't know why I cannot upload anything to email. I have been able, eventually, to upload an image of say 20kb to Gmail and Facebook, but anything larger just won't seem to go.
I just wondered if anyone might have any ideas or any pointers. Thanks in advance!
