I am running the latest OS X will all updates. Just want to know...(Please don't respond with "Don't waste your money.") Just let me know if it will work or not. Thanks

No, it will not. It is only capable of seeing up to 2GB per slot and of actually using 3GB. I have 4GB in my 2.33 to maintain dual channel mode. It is a hardware limitation, not software. While 4 GB are recognized in System Profiler, the max available for use is 3GB; both in OS X and in BootCamped Win 7.
