"Menu" tab while right clicking not working on my lovely machine

Hello there, I recently had to un-install and re-install logic (a lot of files)
anyway, I'm pretty sure that I accidently deleted some mac file I shouldn't have. . . .

Anytime I right click on anything (a folder on my desktop for eg.) and move my cursor over the menu tab @the bottom of the drop down menu, it totally wont open that menu. . .
Instead, it jumps into another app. or it will cancel the right click menu

This IS driving me insane , and I WOULD appreciate some help.
