No.

But you can certainly purchase a new computer from Apple if you feel the need.

then what would i do with my current macbook?!
Sell it on eBay, craigslist, etc.?

Or you could just keep it and forgo getting the new one.

Why is it that you feel that you need a new computer when your current one is not even a year old yet?
Is it not performing or doing something that you think the new one will?

Congrats on 10k posts, devilboy.

BTW, I bought a Honda Fit in July last year. Since then, they released a new, redesigned version. Think I can just go back to the dealership and have them take back my "old" Fit (with 8000 miles on it, mind you) and exchange it for a brand new one? No...
