CD Burning Question

Okay - iBook 900Mhz, 256mb RAM, OS X, 10.2.6.

I put in a blank CD. I choose "Finder". I drag some files to it. It
"copies" them. I then drag the CD to the Trash which changes to a Burn icon, and it begins burning the CD.

So my question - is there a place to set options for this? As in, if I don't want it to automatically verify after the burn? Not finalize, etc...

Or is the answer just to get an app specific to CD-Burning (Toast, etc)?

I am not sure about the no verify option, will have to look into that. What do you mean by finalize, etc?

you can most likely just skip the verifying stage. since it s a fairly new machine, there shouldnt be any problems in burning that need verifying

Toast optimizes burning speed better than the built in disk copy in OS X.
