Hi,

I have an old 400mhz Pismo that i have a couple of problems with:

(1) It only has a 6gb hard drive and most of it is used by 0SX/applications.
Is it possible to put a couple of USB memory sticks in the USB ports as a way of extending the hard drive??

(2) could install further applications onto the memory sticks and run them from there?

(3) even though i have 500mb of ram, only 320mb seems to be showing in the info - any ideas??

obviously a larger hard drive would be the best fix but i need a quick fix in the meantime...

thanks

Which OSX is it running ? D/L monolingual app and see if you can remove a bunch of languages. You may have a lot of space taken up with printer drivers, just depends on what OS you are using regards space.
