Need to Boot a Ghost CD cannot get windows to boot it?

I know this works as this is how I originally installed my Windows. Now I cannot get the original Norton Ghost CD to boot in windows. If anyone knows how to get windows to boot the CD on a Macbook please let me know. I have held the option key and then selected to boot from windows. I have the CD in and it access' it but does not give me the Boot From CD message.
