hi everyone
i need some help with downloading files, i am trying to do a physics lab right now and it requires downloading a video, but the only thing that pops up is

<Asx Version = "3.0" >

<Entry>
<Title >The Conservation of Energy</Title>
<Author>Magic Lantern Communications</Author>
<StartTime Value = "00:03:23"/>
<Ref href = "http://ils.stream.cbe.ab.ca/ils/physics/conservation.asf"/>
<Duration value = "00:05:38" />

</Entry>
</Asx>

That. does anyone know how i can get the video to play??
Thanks for your help in advance!

downloaded and played fine here - the download is going to take awhile - looks like a slow server.
(I've got a 10,000kbps connection and it's only downloaded 20% of it in 5 minutes)
The link did auto open Quicktime here.

Do you have Flip4Mac installed - if not grab it. Click on the Get WMV player free button on the left side.
