Crashed MacBook Pro

I have no idea what happened but I brought my Laptop Home pulled it out of the Bag and I get the Please Reboot your Laptop Kernel Panic Error..
I have Tried booting up from DVD (Leopard) and a USB Drive also with (Leopard on it) I have Reseated my RAM Mods.. I have Reset PRAM and PMU..

Still get the Error.. Again I even get that error when trying to boot from the other Media.. ANY IDEAS???

Try resetting the System Management Controller (SMC). See the following Apple KB article. Link

BTW, not a good idea to carry your machine in a bag while it's asleep. If the machine wakes up while in the bag it can get hot and even overheat.

I have done this already.. And the NVRAM.. And I have removed the New WD 320GB Scorpio Black Drive.. Booted with NO drive.. Booted with a known good drive. Booted with USB disk Booted with DVD.. I end up with the same result.. The Black Screen that tells me to power off my laptop.

what's crazy is it acts like it is going to work.. It lets me boot from DVD and the Logo with the Spinning Gear goes and then poof i get the black death screen.
