weird spaces screen

Hi, I am using spaces for separate screen organization. It is doing fine until recently. Some of the programs show up weird in the screen. For example, I open adobe bridge in space#3. Part of the bridge application screen disappeared and reappeared in space#1 instead. I need to use F8 to see the all space screen shot and move the missing part back to space#3 manually. Do someone have the same thing happen before, please help to fix it?
