New apple tv anytime soon?

i know it's almost silly to ask this, as apple releases it's products randomly and with no hints to the updating or releasing of new items, but what would you do in this situation?

i'm interested in buying an apple tv, mostly to stream my aperture library and music to our tv. i could just pick one up now, or should I wait? what would YOU do?

i know the argument that's said many times, if you want it now get it now...but I would hate to wait a couple of weeks only to have a better product come out!

I think I would wait. I am in the same position with the MacMini but I think you will be in with a longer wait with Apple TV as Apple just sent questionnaires around to new owners. So I guess they are in their planning stage of a new Apple TV (but this of course is just a guess).

I bet there will be a firmware update but as for a new model not so much.
