My CoreServices has disappeared

Hello
I was wondering if you could help me, i need to access my CoreServices folder but cannot find it. Does anyone know how to get it back.

But, if you don't know where it is, would suggest you not be doing anything in there.

I know where to find it and have used it before, but is not there.
Does anyone know how to get it back?

Re-install the OS.

If you're missing this folder, doubt the machine is booting at all. You'll be missing the Finder, the Dock, Spotlight and a whole host of other core applications.
