Xp Lite S3 ISO

I have just download the iso for XP Lite SP3, and was wondering before i even burn the dvd, and try installing this will i need a key, and will it work?

Not sure since that is not a legal copy of Windows.

Hit or miss with pirated copies. Just spend the money and buy it.
