USB Not working 10.5.6

I did domething to my MAC, and I have no idea how to fix it. My USB ports are not working under 10.5.6. When I plug something in, it does not reconize it. BUT!! It will reconize it in windows (paralells)..... Any ideas?

15.4" MacBook Pro 4GB 500GB 2.4Ghz
Its a setting on the Paralells program. I think like on the menu bar of the Application itself you will see some icons that look like a HD, Network Icons and a few USB icons. You will need to click on the USB icons to eject that USB Port controll from the Windows system.


Also I was just wondering if it only happens while Paralells is running or after you completely restart on Mac OS X
