Password protection

Hi everyone! I have a quick question, is there a way that I can password protect my macbook when it wakes up from sleep without having to protect it when it goes to the screensaver? I know that there's an option under system preferences but the option includes both screensaver and sleep, I just need sleep, is there a way to do this?

Well, you can turn the screen saver off.
