iTunes Error, PLEASE HELP

on my gf's ibook, whenever she tries to buy music, she gets an error. Well, itunes will charge her for the music but then not let her dl it. The error says
" iTunes could not save to your music folder because you don't have write access. Check the permissions on your music folder and folders in your music folder, then use the check for purchased music again"

i checked, and she has read and write access. any ideas?

Here's a link to an ongoing problem with iTunes. Maybe this is the problem your gf has?

go into machd>users>your username>music>itunes, select it, hit command+i, in that get info window, click ownership and permissions, make sure it says read & write, click details and make sure that says read&write also, click 'apply to enclosed items' and it may ask for your admin password, that should do it.
