I need help with a monitor problem?

Hi, recently my screen starting "jumping" and eventually it ended with half my screen completely covered in what looks like pixels. I can't see a thing on that side of the screen. It's been like this now for 2 days. Any advice? I don't know what to do. The computer is 2 years old but working great. It's just this problem....Help? I'm limited to working with half a screen!!

Looks to me like you need to make sure that it is plugged in all the way in the back of your computer. Probably just not pushed in all the way. Hope it helps.
