Google in Safari (top right) is set to default to US searches - is there a way of setting it to UK?

Not sure how to do it by default in Safari.

However, I use a Safari plug-in that makes this quite easy - Glims. Has 35 search engines built-in including some for UK, France and Japan. Each can be turned on or off. Others may be added. Once your favorites are set up, they are available right from the search box.

It has a lot of other great features - my favorite - command+enter - opens your search in a new tab without the need for opening a new tab first everytime you do a search and don't want to leave your current page.
