Mac OSX Not showing OK Bubbles!

I had a hard drive problem so i took my macbook to get it repaired. When i got it back i noticed that i dont see the bubbles behind "ok" or the tab bars or Text inputs or scroll menus Picture 1.png

Picture 3.png . Any help?
