To Do List

I don't like the To Do that's built into mail, plain and simple. I found iProcrastinate for both Mac and the iPhone/iPod Touch, but they don't sync with each other... yet. I am looking for something like this app, but I need the desktop and iPhone apps to sync with each other. Anybody know of any?
