Help with getting rid of parallels

I installed parallels on my macbook about 3 months back to watch football matches b/c i had no channels.

I have no use for it anymore and don't see myself using it ever again.

I deleted parallels but i see folders and data associated with parallels all over my MB.

Any suggestions for getting rid of all that left over junk?
