Mini finder window keeps coming to front

It just started this behavior this morning.

Could be using mail or acrobat and all of the sudden the finder window comes to front. Go back to application that I am working in and it will happen again anywhere from about 1 to 2 minutes.

Reset pram, repaired permissions with no change.

Only recent change was QT update yesterday.

Hard drive failing?

Same thing is happening to me. I also just updated QT.
