In 10.4, I always had an icon on my desktop of my AirDisk that's connected to my AEBS. Now that I've upgraded to 10.5 it seems that the AirDisk disconnects itself after prolong periods of non-use / sleep mode and I've lost the icon off my desktop.
The bigger issue is that I use my Airdisk as storage for my iTunes library. Ever time I start iTunes, I have to re-associate my AirDisk library to iTunes and iTunes, in turn, spends about 30 minutes rebuilding my library. This is very cumbersome as I update my podcasts on a daily basis.
How do I get 10.5 to keep a continual connection and re-connection to the AirDisk upon return from sleep/prolonged non-use periods?
