Saving iWeb sites

I made a website for a friend when they went to china as a way for people to get updates from them. Now we want to get the website files in an image type format so they can have it. They have windows computer. How should I do this?

just open the pages of the website and use grab to get screenshots.

I'd imagine it possible to simply save the site with a .jpg extention, though don't quote that as fact.

That's not true. You cannot. It's a webpage, not an image...
