Install windows vista on a mac from a download

Ok!so i've just got a new macbook and am a totally new mac user..bought windows vista from the microsoft and chose to download it instead of have the dvd sent to me as i thought it would be faster..(!) but it's downloaded in 3 different parts which have saved into my documents folder and i cant find instructions anywhere on how to install this!please help me!!

one is vista_homepremium....exe the others are install.wim and boot.wim....

please please help me...ive been trying to install this for hours and hours every day for a week...surely someone somewhere must have had the same problem at some stage?!:( im just so frustrated!!

14" MacBook Pro M1 Pro, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD
I might be wrong on this, but I'd be willing to bet that you'll have to run that EXE file on a Windows machine in order to generate/extract an ISO image to burn to disc.

ohh ok!i'll try that on my old laptop...but what a lot of crap from microsoft!
