403 access forbidden

Ok Mods if this is in the wrong place please move it...

I am stuck as to why i have been receiving a 403 access forbidden message
every time i try to log onto another forum of which i am a member
photographyonthenet canon forums....

Have i been denied acess for some reason maybe/??

I am a pretty humble non offensive kind of person so i don;t think i would have been banned...

it reads
403 forbidden
access to this resource on this server is denied
powered by lightspeed webserver...

Check to see if it has the index.htm(l) or .php directory.
If that's not the problem it may be a problem with their server.
