How to send an email in Microsoft Entourage

Hi,

How to send an email in Microsoft Entourage on Mac?
I click 'New' and open a window for composing my email.
But then, i don't see a Send button. Can please tell me why?

There is a 'Send/Receive' Button, but that is not sending my mail.

Have you set up an account yet? What email service do you use, gmail, yahoo etc..?

Yes, I do have an Exchange account setup. I can 'read' mail from the exchange. But when I 'reply', I don't see anything which let me send my email.
