While I like that I can set my IPod Touch (2G) to receive email, I'd prefer to just sync it with my Entourage.
I would love to be able to be in a meeting and categorize/prioritize email and tasks, or even reply to email, even if the same were not to be sent until I re-sync'd. (I use Entourage instead of Mail, etc. because of the former's enhanced abilities for categorization/prioritization.) I used to do this all the time on my Palm III, and it seems silly that I can't do it on an IPod Touch, which has a bazillion more capabilities.
