Hi,

How can I change the default program associated with file extension?
For example, now when I double-click .java file, xcode will be used to open it.
How can i change that to aquamacs?

Thank you.

Another way:

RCDefaultApp is a Control Panel pane that allows you to make global changes to file types. Very handy - and you can't beat the price.
