G4 Mercury Diagnostic Help Please.

G5 2.0, G4, powerbook mercury, G3 Power Mac
Ok. So i bought a Mercury Laptop for $300 and the keyboard and mouse didnt work. Bought a new keyboard but instead of just replacing the keyboard i had to take it all apart and put it back together for my experience. well, when i plug in the power cord to the back, the cord lights up (i have power to the cord) but nothing else in the computer. I used ifixit for the basic repair but need step by step help to figure out the problem. i have a multimeter and can take many pictures.
