Macbook 2.2 core 2 duo - dead logic board

I just removed the logic board from the unit and will need to replace it along with the ram (corroded). I've noticed that 2.0 boards are quite a bit cheaper then 2.2 Is everything generally compatible? I noticed i'll probably need a different heatsink to match up the screw holes.
