networking a printer from a PC

Hi there, if anyone can help me that would be great:

I have a wirless broadband in my house as i use a Mac Book pro. i have a printer attached to my PC downstaires whcih is hardwired into the router. I want to be able to print from my Mac when the printer and PC are switched on but i cannot get me head round it. If someone can help me or direct me to a good tutorial as all the ones i found i do not understand, that would be soooo great. I need to get this set up as i am now self employed and need the printer access

What kind of printer is it and what operating system does the PC run?

the printer is an Epson Stylus photo RX620, the pc runs XP
