Hello there

I'm a just new MacBooc user, I have a MacBook 2.0

I face the following problem:
I have downloaded 'Lost' season 2. The first 12 episodes play just fine. From the 13th and on there is no sound.

I moved the same files to my PC and they worked properly.

Could you plz tell me what's going on and how I will fix this?

thx guyz!

probably just a comment ... try using something different for video playback, e.g VLC Player ... I'm not saying it will solve your problem, it's just an overall better player (maybe only my opinion)

scathe - mentioned VLC player, which is a great program that takes up no space at all on your drive. If you downloaded it through a torrent or another similar file, then it could be the coding, which Quicktime won't read correctly. So using another player like VLC is your best bet, and if you make it your default player then you won't even notice it not using quicktime.
