Accidently changed something with the color

I was messing around with color options when i clicked on something. My screen now looks it has all odd colors on it and everything is out of sync. I've been browsing options for hours but can't remember how i got to that screen. Any help would be awesome.....I'm also sorry that i can't provide much info because it really was a freak thing. Whatever i did though the circles where you can exit and make programs bigger or smaller are now teal, blue, and purple in that order.

Try holding Command+Option+Control and then press the number 8 key.

I should have said this sooner....I have a mac mini desktop but my keyboard is from a pc. What would those controls on a PC be?

I fixed it. It was under universal access with the white on black being clicked
