Renaming Items While Quicklook is Creating a Preview

If I go into a folder which has some movies/ pictures or documents, well anything that Quick Look makes a preview for anyway when Quicklook is creating the icon previews on each icon if I try to rename something it just doesn't work, I press "return" on something and just as Im about to type it just exits the rename mode and goes back to the way it was.

It doesn't do this once all the file previews have been created and after that its just like normal. Does anyone else's do this or is it just me?
