Iweb '08 navigation bar doing wierd things

So I built and posted my first IWeb '08 website. Problem is the navigation buttons on the home page do not work in IE. They work in Safari and Firefox. The odd thing is one of the Nav buttons on the home page does work in one very tiny spot. The nav bar on all the other pages works fine even in IE.
So here is the main page:

If you put you mouse over the 'h' in schedule, the button works. None of the other buttons do.

If you go to any of the other pages all the buttons work.
About the Band

Again this issue is only with IE. Any thoughts?

I am having the same problem. The navigation bar works on all the pages of my website except the first page. I was told I would have to recreate the links, set the URL for each link myself. I don't know how to do that. Can anyone help?
