I am selling or trading my T-Mobile G1 and the first place I went was Craigslist. I got an email from someone offering me a titanium Powerbook G4 in trade. I used my Google skillz to find that the Powerbook is an older computer but I have confidence in the Apple brand. Apparently this particular computer is in excellent shape but that's what they all say, right?
I have a PC that works just fine so I'm not trying to replace it, just curious about Apples. Apparently the Powerbook has a 40GB hard drive (not much, I would be upgrading that), wireless, and a CD burner. I had no idea that these things even existed back in those days ;-)
Any advice, tips, numbers to look for, things to ask? Why would someone trade a laptop for a cell phone, anyway, it seems too good to be true.
