I have a macbook (the ones released in the early 2008), and I want to install Windows. I already installed it when i had my old 160 GB hardrive, but now I got a 320 and installed it. Everything is fine except I had to partition the disk, mac runs fine, but when I opened bootcamp assistant it gave me this message:

Do I need to delete the partition thing in the disk utility.
So what do I do now?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for being a computer noob.

Not sure I understand exactly what you did on your new 320 GB drive. Are you saying that you partitioned the drive for both OS X and Windows before using Boot Camp? Or did you install a new copy of OS X on to the 320 GB drive and then try to run Boot Camp?

It sounds like maybe you already partitioned the drive.

Post back.

Regards.

I got it to work.
I partitioned the other drive before I started bootcamp, I used disk utility to partition it, so all I had to do was use disk utility to delete the partition I made before, then use bootcamp to do the new partition.

Thanks anyways chscag.
