Hi all, I'm trying to find a possible solution to these scenarios that would avoid a re-image. According to the user, it has happened 3 times and each time something different has happened:

1. It gets to the apple logo screen, looks like it’s going to boot up, and then the progress spinner stops and it’s frozen
2. It gets to the apple logo screen and then the screen turns into weird pixelated bars and it’s frozen
3. It gets to the apple logo screen, looks like it’s going to boot up, and then gives me a black error message that says I need to restart my computer. When restarted it came back, after a second restart. Same with the other times, but with additional help from booting off a disk warrior cd.
