Macbook unibody 2.4 battery indicator

Hi
I have just upgraded my MB 2.0 to a 2.4 and I found that I seem to be having trouble with the battery indicator button, When I press it, it sometimes wont light up even though it has battery life left, Also after the first time I pressed it wont sit flush with the side of the of the MB its almost like its push right in.
Any help will be much appreciated

Is your battery swelled at all? Maybe a call to Apple support is needed. If something is wrong with the battery, I would get it replaced asap.
