Duplicate items in Apple menu

Can't figure out why I've got multiple copies of the same thing in my Apple menu. Any suggestions?

Download and install Onyx if you don't already have it.

Once installed go to Maintenance - Rebuild. Put a check next to LaunchServices and then Execute.

I went looking for that McBie, thanks. Then realized it'd take more effort to find my last post on it than re-typing it, I gave up. ;D

Hi bobtomay and McBie. Thanks for the input. Took your suggestion bobtomay, and downloaded Onyx. Did the maintenance rebuild and all is back to normal.
