So...I think I have about the worst luck with iPods.
Case 1: Was studying abroad in Paris and was mugged...my iPod with my n gigs of music all gone.
Case 2: Upgrade to newer, larger iPod with video....gets stolen at a party I throw.
Case 3: Luckily, for Christmas I get an iPod touch! The very first day I have it I drop it and the screen cracks...it still works, it just has an unsightly shattered screen![:\](/mac_images/images/smilies/Undecided.png "Undecided :\")
So, this brings me to my questions:
-I run a lot and it is so thin that I want to get an armband/case combo that will really protect it should it fall. All of the ones I have seen are thin, cheap plastic shells that look like they would do nothing for it.
-Can just the screen be repaired for around $100 or less?
Any tips are greatly appreciated!
