- The new Macbook, 13", 2.4Ghz, 250GB, 2GB RAM
I recently exchanged my Macbook 2.0 to the 2.4 one and I'm not sure if it's just me but I found something really odd.
When I had the 2.0, it came with 160GB of space. At that time, I checked the harddrive and it had 158GB (of course they installed some things).
With this 2.4 one, with 250GB of space, I checked the harddrive and I had just 215GB of space? It was as if someone had eaten off my other 35GB worth of space? This was when I hadn't installed anything yet or put anything in to the Macbook.
I'm not sure if it's to do with the fact that it's 2.4ghz or that it has something called iDisk (which was not in the other Macbook) or the fact that it's the programme for the illuminated keyboard...
...well there must be a reason!
