Boot Problem

Hi Experts,

I'm having a problem on my mac. When I turn it on, it will display the apple logo with the loading circle below. After a few seconds, the system will reboot again and again... Any idea how to troubleshoot this one? Thanks!

Put in your install discs and hold c as it restarts. Run disk utility from menu bar.
