Can I play Sims 2

These are the things that are required for the Sims 2

System Requirements
1.2 GHz or faster G4/G5 processor
Mac OS X v10.3.8 or later
256MB RAM minimum
3GB free hard-disk space
32MB VRAM minimum
Radeon 9000 or later (ATI) or GeForce FX5200 or later video card
DVD drive

I have a white macbook.. and i Clicked 'about this mac' & this is what it says:

Processor 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 1 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Yes you can play it on there, as the system requirements for the game take less space than the amount of space that you have available on your Mac.

Well, you can "try" to play it. Notice the video card requirements... your white MacBook has an integrated graphics chipset which may or may not perform well enough. Hard drive space is not the problem.

i've heard sims2 runs ok on the normal white macbook. just don't buy sim city 4 - that barely works at all - trust me.

you should be able to run it, it will get a little choppy but it should be playable if you don't set every detail to high
