iMovie Mpeg-4 Issue

Okay so I am having a problem. I made a video using Camtasia on my Windows side of my Macbook. The I loaded it to my Apple side. It is in YouTube format and is a Mp4(Mpeg-4). I tried 10 times to load it into iMovie and it just won't load. Can someone please help me. Thanks. :Shouting:

Youtube format is FLASH (flv extension). iMovie wont read that, i recommend you get Perian (which is highly useful anyways) and rencode it to some other format.
