just had a quick question....

if someone were to start up a website to give information about macs etc. using apple's logos, snapshots of the the latest OS, etc.... (basically promotions). would that person be violating anything but using the logos and snapshots as informational and promotional?

Using logo's they probably wouldn't kill you for but you can not post anything about future OS's under their NDA. You could take a picture of your own computer's logo and use that since its yours but you could get in trouble if you just took things off of their site

You'll also probably want to include a disclaimer stating your site is in no way affiliated with Apple Computer, Inc.
