I Book G3 600mhz 384mb 20mb cd-rom 56k lan wireless card
I am new to Mac but have always known they were the best.Igot a used computer with this system its being sent to me refurbished.Is this system okay do i need to update and if so how or can i.Its a laptop 640 mb 500 mhz 10 gb.Got it cheap.Or i think i did.$300.Wireless card and ac adapter came with it.Thanks

Update

went back and need to correct it is a IBook G3 600mhz 20 mb cd-rom 56k lan with wireless.

MacMini 14.3, 8.1 & 4.1, OS 13.5, 10.14, & 10.11 & 10.6; Macbook Pro 8.2, OS 10.12.
Best advice I can offer is to check Mactracker, a free utility Mactracker - get info on any Mac. If you can get the model number of your iBook, you'll be able to determine more accurately what upgrades you can do with it. For example, upgrade the optical drive from CD-ROM to CD-RW. I think your machine has its maximum RAM already, so I wouldn't recommend going beyond OS 10.3 with it.
